Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and My Mental Game Locker ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a profile, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have obtained verifiable parental consent) and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

My Mental Game Locker provides an online mental performance profiling platform based on the DISC behavioral model. The Service includes:

• A multi-question assessment questionnaire.
• A personalized mental game profile report covering temperament, preparation, shot tendencies, course/field management, coaching communication, and fitness mindset.
• A secure online locker to access, review, and work through profile exercises.
• Optional follow-up content and platform updates.

The Service is intended for personal development and performance improvement purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional psychological counseling, medical advice, or clinical mental health services.

Access to certain features of the Service requires an account or a valid access code. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and access code.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@mymentalgamelocker.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Access codes are for individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without prior written authorization from us.

The individual assessment and profile costs $59.95 in a single, one-time payment and includes lifetime account access. It is not a subscription, and there are no recurring or renewal fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy: Because profile reports are generated and delivered digitally upon purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a profile report has been generated and accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased report, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce the questionnaire, scoring algorithm, or report content.
• Share, distribute, or resell profile reports or platform content without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity or submit false information.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

All content on the platform — including the questionnaire, scoring methodology, report text, exercises, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of My Mental Game Locker and its licensors. The underlying DISC framework is used under applicable licensing.

Your personalized profile report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written consent.

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Profile results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.
• The Service will meet your individual expectations or performance goals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My Mental Game Locker and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, affiliated academies, or sports organizations). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina.
