Bobby Foster

Bobby Foster is a Columbia, South Carolina-based management consultant, Certified Behavioral Analyst, and the founder of My Mental Game Locker.
At the University of South Carolina, he served as a golf coach and as Assistant and Associate Director of Athletics. In 2010, the South Carolina Golf Association inducted him into the South Carolina Golf Hall of Fame.
Foster developed the Mental Golf Profile to translate DISC behavioral styles into the language of competition. The profile was adopted by the Titleist Performance Institute, endorsed by Golf Digest Top 50 instructors, and used with PGA Tour players including Brad Faxon and Jonathan Byrd.
Today, Bobby applies this proprietary DISC-based engine across soccer, tennis, lacrosse, and more. His core message remains unchanged: understanding how you're wired is the absolute foundation of performing at your best.
